Virginians vote to restore fairness, reject MAGA power grab
Ashburn, VA – Today, Virginians voted in favor of a temporary measure that will allow the state legislature to redraw the Commonwealth’s congressional districts mid-decade.
Congressman Suhas Subramanyam issued the following statement:
Virginians have spoken, and the message is clear: we support evening the playing field. Voters approved a temporary measure to respond to what President Trump started in Texas and other red states.
I look forward to running in the redrawn 10th Congressional District and taking back the House majority this fall. Together, we will bring down costs, expand healthcare access, and hold this corrupt administration accountable.
